The spacious suite we were upgraded to upon arrival offered breathtaking views that made us cancel our exploration plans. the warm and personalized service from Elizabeth at check-in set the tone for the entire stay. the breakfast spread left us spoiled for choice, with a must-try Sarawak laksa and a chef who passionately explained each condiment. the tranquil location away from the main road, overlooking the Baong River, provided a peaceful retreat. the front desk's exceptional service, particularly from Balqis, made the check-in process seamless and delightful. Pullman Miri truly stands out as a gem in hospitality, and I regret not extending my stay there instead of moving to another hotel.
